Supported disaster cycle services operations in the Arkansas region, deploying to disaster operations across multiple states and developing volunteer training programs.

• Deployed to 12 disaster operations across 6 states totaling 130+ days, serving in roles from Service Associate to Sheltering Supervisor
• Served as Sheltering Supervisor during Hurricane Helene response in Asheville, NC, also supporting lodging operations for relief workers
• Developed initial training materials that became the foundation for the 'In a Day' curriculum series
